Two user-definable data management keys allow for data collection upon punching as well as department transfers, tips collected, job and/or pay codes with options for automatic data entry, reduced keystrokes or employee review of past punches.

Ten user-definable data management keys compile and/or display data such as department transfers; tips collected; job/pay codes; employee messaging; review of 24 employee information fields; data entry validation; multi-level input sequences; minimized keystrokes and restriction of employee access to specific keys.
